 Twin Cities Tracks is a non-profit based in Minneapolis–St. Paul, Minnesota, sharing cultural and community stories — rooted in Minnesota and reaching beyond its borders.

Our current project tells the story of Latvians in North America, who arrived in their greatest numbers as political refugees after World War II. This year marks 75 years since that journey, with footprints left across Minnesota and from coast to coast—from Los Angeles to Washington, D.C.

This story of resilience is being captured through voices and histories gathered in nine cities across North America.
